The Chilly Hilly 2007: Before

The <a href="http://www.cascade.org/EandR/chilly/index.cfm">Chilly Hilly</a> officially kicks off the biking season in the Pacific Northwest. The ride lived up to its name -- and then some -- this year. Fourty-degree weather, occasional pouring rain (and always a little,) wild wind, and of course: the hills!
