Only a Hobo

This is awesome. Pat O’Neil, who interned under me last summer (sorry!), decided to build a raft from barrels and two-by-fours. Along with two of his hobo friends, Pat tamed the mighty Mississippi Huck Finn-style.

They drifted to Oquawka, Il and even became television celebrities along the way. Highlight of the trip? Covering Black Sabbath with wasted bikers.
